Rental Rates in Baltimore Post Solid Growth

I just read a survey indicating that apartment rents in Baltimore City increased an average of 4.5% for the calendar year 2015. Nationwide inflation (as measured by the CPI-U for all American Cities) rose only 0.7% for the calendar year 2015. Rents outpacing inflation indicates strong demand for rental housing.
