Responsible for all operations of the company, as well as marketing the company’s services, while maintaining personal production in the sales and management of properties.

Responsible for all operations of property management, community association management, and general office management. Collected $6MM/yr in rent and managed rental property budgets totaling $6MM/yr. Managed homeowners association and condominium budgets of $640,000/yr.

Volunteered in several capacities.  Initiated the Political Affairs Committee to coordinate activities among the legislative activities of the organization.  Chaired legislation committees.  Served on the Board of Directors.  Served on the Professional Standards Committee to hear and review ethics complaints and arbitration matters.  Taught courses on Property Management, Listing and Selling Apartment Buildings, and Investment Real Estate.  Submitted articles for publication in the local Board newsletter.

Served as President of our local Chapter.  Initiated training meetings and meetings to share and market properties for sale.
