·        I know Skyline Property Management System and Select Custom Report Writer, ACT, Microsoft “Office” packages, Word Perfect, Lotus 1-2-3, and Windows 98se.

·        Built Corporate Website and Websites for Community Association clients using MS Front Page 98.

·        I am good at writing letters, proposals, newletters, reports, memos, sales brochures, in a way that is clear and usually meant to persuade.

·        Excellent Written Communication Skills

·        I am good at writing position descriptions, policies and procedures, and training guides.

·        I am good at editing and proof reading written material.

·        Physical Stamina

·        I am in good health and physically strong.

·        I run 2-5 miles several times a week and have won awards in some 5K races.

·        A typical bike ride is 20-50 miles and I have completed several bike tours ranging from 300-500 miles per week.

·        I enjoy sailing and golf. 

·        My good health allows me to perform my work with concentration and stamina.
