I work with the owner to put together a complete and accurate rent roll, expense history and summary, and all property details, including zoning, lot description, environmental concerns, building issues, and operating/management issues.  Documentation is critical to create an environment that builds value and makes for a smooth road to closing.  "Specificity is the secret to success!"
