The first thing I do when I get a new listing is to send e-mail to my customers. I also send you updates on legislative issues affecting rental property ownership and management and meeting notices for the Property Owners Association of Greater Baltimore Inc. I never sell your contact information or use it for any other purpose. You can opt-out at any time by simply sending me a request by e-mail or regular mail to be removed from this list. It is just that simple.

If you are being represented by another broker, your broker will have to provide the information to you. I cannot send you listings if you are being represented by another broker.
Do you have a real estate license? I work with many investors who have a real estate license and purchase property for their own account. In such cases, licensees are acting as principals and not as an agent. BFR shares commissions only with brokers who are representing buyers.

please tell me what size properties you are looking for, if there are particular neighborhoods you are looking in, and how you intend to finance your purchase. It also helps me if there is certain investment criteria you are looking; for example, a price range, a cap rate, a price per unit, and so on.
